Gaye Cherry (BAppSci, RPGST, DipB), the founder of Transform and Inspire in 2007 is from a Science background. Expertise for the past 17 years has namely been within the field of sleep medicine in both the public and private sectors. Being in charge of sleep units has given me a wealth of knowledge, skills and understanding.

Being naturally very focused and organised, my organisational skills were incresaingly in demand amongst friends and colleagues , and as the demand grew I was encouraged to expand my services and develop this business.

After attending a workshop by Carol Posener (Get Organised) and meeting Deborah Wall and Jen Carver I left inspired, enthusiastic and 100% motivated. I thank all 3 for lighting this path, which was quite fuzzy initially.
